Caution: Please Observe These Three Warnings:

If you have problems that require personal counseling, please obtain suitable counseling before your problems become more severe.
Do not fail to obtain suitable medical care from your primary care physician.
Please be alert for such things as: deep depression, threatened suicide, morbid talk of death, or loss of contact with reality (as sometimes results from loss of sleep), and take appropriate measures for the safety of all who may be involved. At times, confinement is necessary to provide protection from actions a person may take against himself or another.
